Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corporation (NGS&MSC) and Northrop Grumman Information Technology, Inc. (NGIT) have changed their names to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation.

Due to the sheer volume of authorizations DDTC has waived the requirement for amendments to change currently approved authorizations. A copy of the website notice must simply be attached to the approved license. Pending DSP authorizations will be adjudicated without prejudice and will also require the website notice to be attached. Any license applications received after February 1, 2010 that identify NGS&MSC or NGIT will be RWA for name correction.

All currently approved agreements will require a minor amendment which must be submitted within 30 days of execution per 22 CFR 124.1(d). Pending agreements applications naming NGS&MSC and NGIT will require amending, the Agreements Officer must be notified by the agreement holder of the name change.
